CycleMiles is very pleased to be working with the Aspex Gallery, Gun Wharf Quays, Portsmouth, on their summer 2015 ‘In the Frame’ exhibition.

The main exhibition space in the Aspex Gallery will feature an exhibition of bicycles curated by Tim Connell, where the beauty of the simple bicycle is captured and revealed.

Outside the main exhibition space, the Aspex Gallery will show prints and photography curated by Clive Caswell in partnership with CycleMiles and extensively featuring artists from The Art of Cycling Gallery.

The ‘In the Frame’ exhibition will also be extended into The Guildhall Portsmouth, so a more extensive collection of cycling art can be shown. The Guildhall exhibition will start a week earlier on Weds. 3rd June 2015.

The complete exhibition will also be supported by a Craft Exhibition of handmade cycling products curated by Oana Damir. Interesting cycling art and design books and a collection of beautiful cycling items and prints will also be available to buy.

So, if you have a passion for all things cycling, make sure you make time to visit the Aspex Gallery in Gun Wharf Quays this summer. And whilst you’re there, enjoy shopping at Gun Wharf Quays ‘Outlet’ Shopping Centre. There’s a PEARL iZUMi discount store there!

Or, a trip up the Spinnaker Tower, fabulous views over the Solent and Isle of Wight, or a trip around the Portsmouth Dockyard where the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and HMS Warrior ships are. All within 10 mins walking distance of Aspex and ‘Portsmouth Harbour – The Hard‘ train Station.
